BULK MATERIAL SALES

Tons of Inventory!

At GraphX Tech’s Chongqing facility, we maintain nearly 500 tons of graphite in inventory—yes, literally!

We offer bulk graphite materials for sale, including rectangular and round stock in a wide range of cross-sections and grades. Our raw material inventory includes both extruded and iso-molded graphite, ready to meet various application needs.

If you have in-house graphite machining capabilities, we’ve got you covered. While we use this stock to produce precision CNC-machined components, we also supply directly to end users.

Looking for a reliable raw material supplier with high-quality graphite at competitive prices? Contact GraphX Tech today.

What is Graphite?

At GraphX Tech, when we refer to graphite for industrial use, we’re typically talking about synthetic graphite—a man-made, crystalline form of carbon known for its exceptional resistance to high temperatures and corrosive environments. This engineered material can be customized to meet specific performance needs, including density, hardness, electrical resistance, porosity, compressive and flexural strength, thermal expansion, and conductivity.

Understanding Graphite Grades

With a wide range of graphite grades available today, choosing the right one for your application can be challenging. Here’s a breakdown to help you navigate your options:

Fine Grain Graphite

Ideal for high-precision applications, this material offers a fine structure and high density. It enables detailed machining, excellent surface finishes, and reduced wear—perfect for demanding industrial environments.

Medium Grain Graphite

Suited for both rough and finish machining, medium grain graphite strikes a balance between performance and cost. Manufactured using alternative processes to isostatic molding, it’s a versatile, cost-effective choice for many applications.

Coarse Grain Graphite

For high-volume or consumable applications, coarse grain graphite is a practical and economical option. It delivers reliable performance where ultra-fine detail isn’t required.

Carbon Graphite vs. Carbon vs. Graphite

Many customers inquire about carbon graphite, but often, the application calls for either carbon or graphite specifically:

  • Carbon Materials
These offer high strength and wear resistance but are less machinable and more brittle. They’re ideal for simple-shaped components.

  • Graphite Materials
With excellent machinability and thermal resistance, graphite is the material of choice for complex parts and high-temperature environments like furnace hot zones.

At GraphX Tech, we help you select the right graphite material and grade to match your exact needs—whether you’re building advanced furnace systems, machining high-tolerance parts, or sourcing raw materials.
